    I miss the morning road runs, the wind on my face, the dogs barking at me, the gentle quick pace and the thought I would have on my mind, been lost in myself and finding a breeze and unison in my system. Running beside some of the best in the world, I miss the Hilly johannesburg training routes, I miss it all.
    But I have a very demanding Job that takes everything from me, someday...when all the bills are paid or ignored, i will go back to the routes.
